If a game crashes or the screen goes black, the first step is to reproduce it. Does it happen in just one title or everywhere? One title suggests a game-specific bug; everywhere points to the driver, power supply or heat.
Try disabling any overclock or undervolt, then test again. Unstable tuning is a very common hidden cause. Next, reinstall the driver using the factory reset option.
If the latest version is the problem, rolling back to an earlier stable driver is a perfectly reasonable temporary fix. Keep an eye on release notes for the issue you are seeing, because known problems are usually listed there.
