Free Tools to Optimize and Compress PNG Images Without Loosing Quality

Blogging without graphics or images will makes our blog looks dull.Some people thinks that having a graphics or images will consume more webhost bandwith and space, which is not good if you have a limited space and bandwith.I only familiar with jpg,JPEG ,png,tiff,gif and bitmap.Not really experts on images or editing tools.However, i read about it from Raymond blog and i think it is good to share it here.Same as Raymond i also like PNG file instead of Jpeg because it is smaller and also still come with good quality. I'm not going to point out which one of these free tools the best.They have Pro's and Con's, also depends on your usage needs.However,I would use PNGOUT which  took longer time to compress image file, take about 141 seconds to compress a 170050 bytes PNG image file to 152409 bytes .Even it need time longer to compress compare to 3 other free tools, but it can compress about  -10.37% from it's original size.That's a good thing.Anyway, feel free to use 4 of these free tools to Optimize and Compress PNG Images as you desire.You choose your best tools.Enjoy!
